Gerald Armstrong, former personal archivist to Scientology cult founder L. Ron Hubbard, gave an open lecture at the Institute of Theology of Belarusian State University
Other participants were Thomas Gandow, president of the Dialogue Center International and Honorary Doctor of the Institute of Theology of Belarusian State University and Vladimir Martinovich, head of research on new religious movements for the Minsk eparchy, teacher at the Institute of Theology, Doctor of Theology (University of Vienna).
Gerald Armstrong elucidated fundamental aspects of life in the cult. This lecture was of special importance and interest because the speaker was, for a long period of time, a direct participant in and witness to the activities of the Scientology cult.
